Susan Gear is a member of the Moses Lake - Othello Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. These relationships guarantee her Buyers immediate access to hundreds of the newest properties on the market each day, while also enabling her Sellers exposure to a huge network of buyers from other Real Estate brokerages and contacts across the nation. 

Susan is a committed and passionate Real Estate professional who puts her client's satisfaction above all else. Her      determination and attention to detail assures her clients of first-class service; strong negotiating skills; constant awareness of market conditions and adjustments in Real Estate law that effect every transaction. 

A Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Eastern Oregon University, Susan holds a B.S. in Liberal Studies, with an  emphasis on Business Administration and Interdisciplinary Writing and Rhetoric. She is an avid snow skier and enjoys writing non-fiction, reading, traveling, and "talking real estate". Susan also understands the importance of the local economic base, living gently and working toward "going green", and embraces the stark and magnificent beauty of the Columbia Basin.
