I was born and raised around the Boston, Massachusetts area and attended the University of Massachusetts. I have a Bachelor of Science and spent four years as an academic researcher at New England Medical Center in Boston. In 1995, I packed up my car and drove cross country to the Pacific Northwest to work as a researcher for Providence Hospital in Seattle. My love of the outdoors kept me here and in 2002, I decided to make Moses Lake my home. I love the sunny days and wide open spaces, and friendly people. I have two children that participate in the many activities that are offered in this small community. Traveling has been my number one passion for many years. I have traveled cross country numerous times and my kids have been camping since they were very young. I have participated in many backcountry hiking trips on both coasts and moving to the Columbia Basin has allowed me to expand my options into Idaho and Montana! I also enjoy reading, kayaking, fishing, photography!
